What is SPC flooring, and how does it differ from traditional vinyl?SPC stands for Stone Plastic Composite core, otherwise known as Luxury vinyl plank, that floats instead of being glued down.

What types of underlayments do you stock (moisture barrier, soundproofing, etc.)?3 in 1 sound barrier called Silent Silver and basic blue. We also carry a 6 mil poly moisture barrier.

What sundries and adhesives do you offer?We carry Mapei 980 glue, baseboards of any profile, and Furniture pads.

Do you carry baseboards and moldings in matching colors or styles?Yes, check out our baseboards page. Reach out for specifics any time.

Do you provide installation guidelines or recommended practices for your products?Yes, each product has it´s recommended best practices for installation. We would be happy to assist.

Do you offer warranties on your products? If so, how do they work?Warranty differs from each product, but most have a 25 to 50-year warranty. For an extra fee, we offer extended warranties.

What is your return or exchange policy on flooring materials?1. No returns after 30 days. 2. We do not accept returns of anything at any time under 3 boxes . 3. We do not accept returned moldings or underlayment. 4. All returns must be in unopened boxes.
