“I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. I grew up playing baseball and wrestling from when I was 5 years old until I turned 15 when I started making a series of poor life choices. Once I hit rock bottom, I joined Teen Challenge of Arizona a faith-based organization for substance abuse. As I was approaching the program's end, I started doing door-to-door fundraising, at which point I met the owner of Quality Wood Floors. He was very authentic and genuine in wanting to help me and you could see he had such a big heart and love for people which made him a key instrument in changing my life. After finishing the program, I started working for a cabinet company that had to downgrade in 2009 due to the recession. At that point, I joined the team at Quality Wood Floors accustomed to wood, working in cabinetry. Within 5 years with the company I was promoted to Director of Sales and Operations. I now am 100% owner of Quality Wood Floors. My story is a testament that Quality Wood Floors changes lives for the better.

Sarah has been an integral part of the family-owned company for most of her life. Currently working in customer service, she has dedicated over two years to providing excellent support and building strong relationships with clients. Her dedication and passion for helping others reflect her commitment to the company and its values.
Originally from Montana, I have a strong background in cosmetology, having spent 14 years both behind the chair and, managing salons. Now, I bring my organizational skills and passion for helping others to my finance role, where I work alongside my husband. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Born & raised alongside my brother, (yes he's my twin & yes, unfortunately he is the older one), I'm a competitive and driven individual with a passion for sports - whether playing or watching. With over 7 years of experience in warehousing and order fulfillment, I've developed the desire to always strive for ways to improve upon customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Since joining QWF, I've been warmly welcomed into a collaborative, family oriented environment where teamwork & mutual support thrive. I'm proud to be apart of a team that prioritizes making each others job easier and fosters a sense of community to those around them.
Born in Santa Monica, CA. Lived most of my adult life in Northern California in a tiny little town called Danville.Raised two beautiful children there. My beautiful wife of over forty years and I moved to the Phoenix area five years ago, and absolutely love it here. We live in a community outside of Phoenix called Estrella Mountain. We love being outdoors taking long walks in the desert, and spending time with the children and grandchildren.
Have worked in flooring distribution since 1994, working for major distributors on the West Coast. Came to work with Quality Wood Floors in October of last year and absolutely love the "family fit". Great company, great people, great fit! We strive to treat all of our customers like family.
I was Born in Flagstaff AZ and raised in Phoenix, I'm also Gabriel's twin brother, so no need to schedule that eye appointment! In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, and I always try to bring humor to those around me.
